As one of the chief figures behind the team, Hamlin has set the record straight regarding the consequences of the antitrust lawsuit filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports concerning the 2025-2031 charter agreements.

The attorney for the two teams, Jeffrey Kessler, told The Athletic they were asking for “very modest relief” from the judge.
